We built a cross-platform application using React Native for mobile and Next.js for web, backed by a PostgreSQL database with row-level encryption for PHI compliance. The scheduling module integrates directly with each clinic's provider calendar and sends automated reminders via SMS and email. Telehealth visits use end-to-end encrypted WebRTC connections. Payment processing is handled through a PCI-compliant Stripe integration with automated insurance co-pay calculations.
